Terms of Service
The following regulations on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders from Mr Nice Guy Switzerland, the imprint is part of the general terms and conditions.

Please be patient. Since we receive numerous emails every day, it is very difficult for us to always answer all emails immediately. In order to be able to offer you impeccable top service, we make every effort and do our best to process your request or request as quickly as possible.
We cannot be reached by phone.
The offer applies to all visitors to this website in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Turkey and Holland.

A contract is made up as follows:
- Select the item(s) you want by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button.
- Choosing the payment method
- Click to accept the terms and conditions
- Enter the delivery address
- Entry of payment data
- Confirm the purchase of the goods by clicking on the 'Order with costs' button
- Payment is made in advance
After a successful order, you enter into a purchase contract with the company Mr Nice Guy, which is subject to a fee, and undertake to pay for the goods you have ordered. A withdrawal from the purchase contract with the company Mr Nice Guy is possible within 24 hours in writing (by e-mail to: email@example.com) from the order date. After the cancellation period has expired, cancellation is no longer possible, as the relevant article is already being manufactured and is ready for you. The outstanding amount remains due to Mr Nice Guy.
With the order you accept our terms and conditions and waive a withdrawal from the purchase contract after the 24-hour cancellation period and thus enter into a binding purchase contract, we also have no right of withdrawal.
We reserve the right to cancel an order without reason
Shipping days: Monday - Saturday the delivery status in the shop can differ from the delivery.
In case of transport damage:
If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, we ask you to report the damage within eight days of delivery.
We can only deliver replacement shipments if you have reported transport damage to the post office.
Post is liable for loss of the shipment, but if you do not receive the shipment with the shipment number, you must notify the post office of the loss. Otherwise we cannot compensate them for the loss.

- Post-App : Report the damage under "Receive" > "Report damage". (from autumn 2022)
- Branch: Please bring the package including packaging and padding or the letter including its contents. In the branch we assess the damage and then forward it for processing. If necessary, a damage report must be drawn up. This applies to national and international shipments
If a shipment does not arrive as expected, you can place an investigation request with us. The investigation can be recorded by the sender or by the recipient.
We can only start the investigation
- if the "Consignment delivered" event is missing in the shipment tracking
- if the published transport time has expired by more than two days
- if the recipient confirms (orally or in writing, e.g. by e-mail) that they have not received the item

If you do not report transport damage to the post office, we cannot send you a replacement delivery. If the deadline expires, you lose the right to a replacement delivery.
For orders that are to be made on a specific day or date, we ask that you contact us by email in advance so that we can guarantee/confirm the desired date (otherwise delivery will be made as quickly as possible).
The delivery times are specified for each product, in special cases there may be delays. In principle, Mr Nice Guy only delivers to the following countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria

The terms and conditions on our invoice form part of the order to prevent unnecessary paper waste, the present terms and conditions on the shop page are up-to-date and with all details and changes to them are reserved.
Return and recall:
Due to our hygiene regulations, we cannot take back used or opened fragrances. Dirty, used, opened or damaged goods will not be taken back and will be returned to the sender. The customer bears the return costs.
Complaints about scents they don't like will not be considered because they had the opportunity to purchase testers.
To avoid blind purchases we offer 5ml testers for 5.-. Contact via email firstname.lastname@example.org
The costs that arise when the customer has given an incorrect address, even if it is only an additional address, are not covered by Mr Nice Guy. We are not responsible for lost packages due to a partially complete/incorrect shipping address.
In the event of damage, Mr Nice Guy has the right to request evidence proving the damaged goods. If no such evidence is provided, the post office and Mr Nice Guy are not liable for the damage.
