Damage or loss of a shipment?
What to do if a shipment arrives damaged or not at all?

You have up to eight days after delivery to report the damage:

  • Online: Follow the instructions under E-Claim Report .
  • Post-App : Report the damage under "Receive" > "Report damage". (from autumn 2022)
  • Branch: Please bring the package including packaging and padding or the letter including its contents. In the branch we assess the damage and then forward it for processing. If necessary, a damage report must be drawn up. This applies to national and international shipments.

What can you do if a shipment is lost?

If a shipment does not arrive as expected, you can place an investigation request with us. The investigation can be recorded by the sender or by the recipient.

We can only start the investigation

  • if the "Consignment delivered" event is missing in the shipment tracking
  • if the published transport time has expired by more than two days
  • if the recipient confirms (orally or in writing, e.g. by e-mail) that they have not received the item.


When you order Mr Nice Guy products for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its designated destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges.
Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Also, please note that when ordering from Mr Nice Guy you will be considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the products. The protection of your data is important to us and we would like to make our international customers aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
