"The sting of a rose. The slight pain that brings such sensual pleasure. Themis is inspired by my own rose garden, a wild potpourri of intoxicating and rare combinations. A trilogy of Rose de Mai, Turkish and Bulgarian roses. Clear and pristine. Warm and sensual. An exciting bouquet of blooms in pink perfection. The danger of being so close to true beauty enhances the seductive power of Themis.

This beauty is evident right from the start: the fragrance opens with a floral bouquet of Bulgarian roses and Rose de Mai, punctuated by the sharp fire of Sichuan pepper and the ginger-like notes of turmeric extract. The heart note of Themis is Damask rose, one of the rarest rose species in the world, of which over a million flowers are needed to produce one kilogram of rose oil.

As its captivating scent unfolds, Indonesian patchouli adds a hint of woody chypre and roasted tonka bean adds warmth with notes of caramel and vanilla. A finish of tolu balsam and notes of captivating musk capture the blushing beauty of bright flowers on a thorny branch. The finish is so lovely that you'll remember the rose's beauty long after the thorns have pricked you.
